MHNC builds just about every

and our on-site crews add the

We are open Monday through
Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
and additional hours by special
appointment. Our office as well as
all our model homes are handicap
accessible.

From start to finish, we provide total
turnkey service, getting you into a
beautiful home fast. We begin with
the design phase using advanced
engineering software. Together we
design a floor plan that fits the
individual needs of your family in size
and number of rooms. You can
choose a plan from our large library of
plans to modify or completely custom
your own design.

During the design phase we give you a virtual tour of your home before we start construction. You can tour the interior
and exterior of your new home and make changes to the plan before we start building. This allows you the
opportunity to see the any changes and additional options you may want to add. Our process allows you to detail
your home in ways that you will not find with any other builder!

With your approved home design in hand, we can also help you with financing and your site plan.
When all is in place, we start your new home project and provide all the services from building permits
